Welcome to purefocusnotes.com("PureFocusNotes"). PureFocusNotes is a distraction-free productivity app designed for notes, todos, tracker events, and Pomodoro focus sessions. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PureFocusNotes solely as your personal or team productivity workspace. You must not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our service or infrastructure.
3. Data Ownership & Export
You own 100% of your notes, journals, and todo items. We do not claim any rights over your content. You can export all your notes and journals as standard Markdown files at any time.
4. Cloudflare Infrastructure & Encryption
All server execution, networking, and data persistence (Cloudflare D1) for PureFocusNotes are handled by Cloudflare. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Cloudflare infrastructure. For details on how Cloudflare protects data, please review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
5. Strict Zero Data Selling Policy
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data or notes. We do not share your data with advertisers, third-party analytics trackers, or AI models.
6. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all stored data at any time. To request account and data deletion, click Request Account & Data Deletion or contact support at support@purefocusnotes.com. Upon request, all your account records and stored items will be permanently erased from our database.
