v1.2.0Latest
Reusable Todo Lists & Enhanced Navigation
Added support for reusable todo lists, linked time tracking, a new tracker timeline pillar, optional todo details, internal note linking improvements, and published note status indicators.
- Open linked notes directly from todo rows and browse published work from a focused Notes library view.
- Active time tracking now stays visible in a compact floating timer instead of taking up a full-width bar above the workspace.
- The Tracker page now foregrounds starting and stopping a session, keeps linked context and daily totals visible, and tucks manual time capture into a focused disclosure panel.
- Tracker timers now remain visible across the workspace with pause, resume, and recoverable stop controls.
- Notes on the dashboard and standalone writing pages now use the full editor width, while short standalone notes keep only a compact click-to-focus area below their content.
- Tracker is now available from the main workspace navigation when enabled for your account.
- Privacy settings now let you disable the inactive-tab cover in browsers where you prefer to keep your workspace visible.
- Returning to a workspace tab after a minute away now keeps notes, tasks, and Focus details behind a privacy cover until you choose to reveal them.
- The workspace sidebar now starts as a compact icon rail, with a toggle to expand navigation labels and links.
- The Pomodoro timer now opens from a compact icon-only button into a warm brown full-width focus space with clear controls, gently drifting stars, and steaming coffee.
- Editor formatting, history, and note actions now sit in a compact row beside the daily-note status, with the original Source Code Pro writing font restored for editor text.
- Todo date and list views now filter before pagination and report complete collection counts, so older matching tasks are not hidden behind unrelated recent tasks.
- Note and daily-note saves now keep newer drafts safe during slow requests, retain failed edits for retry, and wait for pending saves before restoring history.
- Find manual time tracking under Focus activity and optional progress under Focus arcade, with clearer navigation and access independent of publishing once configured.
- Checking a todo now stays visually complete while it saves, without blinking back to stale server state on the dashboard or Todos page.
- The note writing area now starts on the same left edge as the title while keeping a comfortable readable line length.
- Updates to notes, todos, lists, and Focus now refresh every affected open view immediately, while account changes start with a private, empty cache.
- Write in a calmer, readable editor with a visible formatting menu, compact document actions, accessible touch controls, and consistent long-content handling.
- Recovery, welcome, FAQ, legal, changelog, blog, cookie, and account utility surfaces now share a clearer and more accessible presentation.
- Choose Light, Dark, or System appearance independently from five account color flavors, with reload-safe persistence and automatic device-theme updates.
- Search and create from the command palette with clearer grouped actions, retryable failures, fresh results, local-date navigation, and a mobile-friendly close control.
- Use Pomodoro from a compact workspace dock or an accessible focus mode with clearer timer states, responsive controls, and retry feedback when starting or saving settings fails.
- The daily workspace now keeps tasks in a readable single column until wide desktop sizes, while preserving the resizable task-above-note layout and all task actions.
- Browse saved notes and daily notes in one consistent collection with safe excerpts, URL-preserved pagination, complete counts, and globally ordered archive pages.
- Today, Todos, and Notes now stay within reach in a persistent desktop rail or compact mobile navigation, with clear current-page states and room for the Focus timer.
- Daily notes, the daily editor, and Focus Arcade now distinguish loading, empty, and failed requests, with clear retry actions that keep already loaded content visible.
- Todo reordering, timer panels, and interaction feedback now use a consistent motion system that respects reduced-motion preferences and removes perpetual decorative animation.
- Shared controls now use a clearer visual system with consistent brand colors, neutral hover states, readable typography, accessible input boundaries, and reusable status and surface styles.
- Pin important dashboard todos above the rest, with smoother priority and pin reordering animations.
- Tracked duration entries can now be edited from the timeline, so each task's recorded time can be corrected after saving.
- The browser tab now returns to its normal title when a Pomodoro completes automatically or the Focus widget closes.
- Editing a todo title now keeps the caret where you placed it after typing.
- Preview any note privately in a new tab before publishing it.
- Todo priority edits now reorder the visible list immediately with a smooth, reduced-motion-friendly transition.
- Completing todos now responds immediately on the dashboard and Todos page while the update saves safely in the background, with reduced-motion support.
- Choosing Track time from a todo now starts its timer immediately while preserving refresh-safe linked tracking.
- See tracked time totals for the selected tracker day and each todo, with duration-only totals that refresh after changes.
- The Notes page now shows only regular notes and uses clear previous/next page navigation instead of cursor-based loading.
- The Activity Garden is now a calm record of how much you wrote each day: closing todos, finishing Pomodoros, or creating empty notes no longer grows it, and each tile's intensity and labels reflect the words you actually wrote.
- Track time directly from a todo or note, keep the link through timer refreshes, review each item’s total tracked duration, and carry todos and tracking history in your full export.
- Timeline duration entries now show their tracked hours and minutes beside the time range, with cleaner aligned markers.
- Manual tracker entries can now include an end date and time to record a complete duration in one step.
- Overlapping tracker durations are now auto-fixed so the newest saved session keeps priority, with a concise summary of any shortened, split, or removed time.
- Highlight text with Notion-style emoji callouts from the editor slash menu.
- Insert dates and common emoji as you type: @date or @13 for a date, :smile for an emoji.
- Tracker timeline: start tracking only when you are ready, keep active timers through page refreshes, and save timer or manual entries with optional comments or tags.
- Global Cmd/Ctrl+K search now runs on demand with ranked note body/title matches (including daily notes), contextual excerpts, and retained todo results without app-wide polling.
- Todo title inputs now autocomplete reusable #tags and present them with clearer suggestion styling while you type.
- A more professional landing page with clearer product positioning and transparent future one-time premium pricing.
- Published articles now have polished, responsive typography for code, lists, quotes, images, tables, and other rich content.
- Calmer todo capture with explicit @date syntax, stable daily task positions, reusable tag suggestions, compact row controls, and clearer timer tab feedback.
- Daily note navigation now updates its previous, selected, and next date labels as you move through the journal.
- A roomier shared page layout, clearer keyboard focus, calmer motion, and consistent loading and empty states across the workspace and public pages.
- Standalone notes now use the same roomy writing canvas as dashboard notes.
- Automatic note title display when pasting internal note links
- Resize or collapse the Tasks curtain, keep your layout between daily notes, and scroll beyond the end while writing.
- A safe Personal API health check for validating integrations without accessing workspace data
- Paste PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP images directly into notes.
- The date picker now marks every day that already has a daily note with a small dot.
